Midsummer 2013

Hi everyone !!!! Happy Midsummer to you all here !!!!! We had a Midsummer's Eve party yesterday and it was so lovely. 

In the beginning, i would like to wear a white dress and put flowers in my hair. But i changed my mind .... So. i worn a Jardin dress paired with pink ankle booties for the party!!!! Especially like the ruffles sleeves and the floral print on the dress. 

Do you celebrate Midsummer ???? 

Kyan likes Lightning Mc Queen ( cars ) so much.....you can see his t shirt...He is a big fans !!!

Bubble play is one of the most favored activities of my son and so do i..... We had so much fun to play at the garden.....

I think Midsummer's Eve,  probably one of the most celebrated event in Sweden. We eat herring, drink snaps, sill served with delightful new potatoes, chives and sour cream.  We enjoy the gathering with friends and family. 

And for some, put flowers in their hair, dancing around a pole. What a grand day out !!!!

Floral Dress

I rearranged my closet and found this floral dress. I bought this dress few years ago in Macau. This is one of my fav summer dress before. How can i forget about this lil pretty? I decided to wear it to a lunch date with my friend near by the harbor. Although it was a sunny day but there was a chill in the air. So i paired with this bling bling cardigan.....Bought this cardigan in a local store in Hong Kong and it can be paired with almost any look....♥♥♥♥♥

Geometric Print

Are you bored with little black dresses ? Why not give a try on black and white geometric print dresses ? I think Geo prints are eye catching and fun. I like them in different colors but this time i chose black and white because i wanna have a more toned down look. How do you like Geo Prints ?

By the way, today is father day and i really miss my dad a lot ! Although i am far away from him but i love him and i miss him a lot.

Vintage Dress

 Hi everyone ! How do you spend your saturday ? As usual i take it a bit easy ! took a nap with my son, walked my dog, watched tv........and going to make the fruit ice creams for my son after this post...

By the way, my mother in law gifted me this beautiful vintage dress. She is too sweet to me....She said this dress look cute on me.....I got to admit i am not kind of cute type.....but i really like this dress a lot.Thanks Barbro !

Lime Crush

Went to Göteborg ( Gothenburg - the second largest city in Sweden ) for a day trip yesterday with my mother in law and my son. It was a sunny and lovely day. Sister in law met us at the train station and we walked to the botanical garden and had lunch there. The garden is so beautiful and i totally in love. Then we went for shopping and Fika ( means "to drink coffee/tea/squash," usually accompanied by something sweet. ) 

Today, my hubby and i brought my son to the beach. We spent like 2 hours there. My outfit of today is green structured kimono top paired with origami style skort. Although the top is so simple but i like the color and those little buttons detail at the back.

The Summer Lemon

 Today, the 6th of June, is the Swedish National Day. I spent the whole afternoon with my family and friends nearby the Båstad harbor. We found a very nice place to PICNIC and celebrate. My outfit today was a simple yellow top paired with a floral short. Have a wonderful day !

I bought this skort by Zara since april and finally i had chance to wear it. This skort seems like a Big Hit in the Blogosphere.  Maybe you have seen it thousand of times but i think we are really obsessed with them. When i saw this on zara website,  i told my friends i found a very nice skort and they were so confused what is the meaning of skort ! In case you wanna know, it is a pair of shorts made to resemble a skirt (as with an overlapping front panel). I will definitely wear it again and again and try to pair with others top like printed, floral or colorful shirt because it is so versatile and i really like the origami style.
