Never Enough

I worked far away from home for so many years and i took spending time with my family for granted. After i moved to Sweden and have my own family, i realized that spending time with family is a blessing. Even though just stay home and watch Tv with them just make me so happy and relax.

Besides spending time with family, i really can't get enough of Malaysian food. Yesterday, my dad brought us to eat Bak Kut Teh ( Meat Bone Tea ). My gosh !!!!! so so yummy !!!! Now, i am craving for Hae Mee ( also called prawn mee ). Does anyone know where can i find the best Hae mee in Ipoh ?

Back To Old Town Ipoh

Backed to my home town Ipoh few days ago. I almost drink the delights of the authentic Ipoh White Coffee every day. "White" coffee is a popular coffee drink here in Ipoh and the coffee beans are roasted with palm-oil margarine, and the resulting coffee is served with condensed milk.

Sister and i were planning to have white coffee in old town and we discovered this nice place called Sekeping Kong Heng. Testimony to Ipoh’s decadent past, Kong Heng was a hostel for the house theatre performers who performed in the adjacent theatre building. The theatre building was burnt down in the 50s. Recently, it was rejuvenated. Sekeping Kong Heng will be able to offer guests a slice of history in the real old town setting.

Cow Print

Do you like animal prints like i do ???? No matter leopard or zebra prints. I like them all. Obviously animal prints still a hit because it was seen all over the fall 2013 runways on everything from coats, skirts to shoes or even sunnies.

There’s a new print making it into my wardrobe - the cow print. Tried to wear it minimalist style, just black and white and ready to go for lunch and sauna with my son and hubby.

Oktober

I just realized that it is october !!!!! Why does time go faster as i get older ??? 

Mentioned about october, do you know what is the birthstone of october??? 

October has two birthstones – opal and tourmaline. 

I knew this because i really like them both especially tourmaline.

And by the way, today is Cinnamon roll day in Sweden ( kanelbullens dag )

The idea behind the creation of the day was to celebrate Sweden's home baking tradition by highlighting a traditional and much-loved pastry. The autumn harvest is high season for baking in Swedish homes, so it was an ideal time of the year for a festive day with a baking theme.

I ate 4 cinnamon rolls today and i felt a bit guilty because this should be avoid when someone ( me ) on a diet. LOL......

The Woodland

Hi everyone !!! Have you ever tried to pick wild mushrooms in the wood? Mushroom hunting is a wonderful activity to enjoy with the family or friends. It is raining a lot recently and this wet weather is promising a bumper harvest of mushrooms. 

I am not a a mushroom expert but i have always looked to my parent in law for guidance in these matter. We used to bring some foods or snacks for picnicking in the wood after the mushroom picking. 

I really enjoy spending time to do this with my family especially my son. I enjoy to see him running around and exploring in the wood despite some of those poisonous mushrooms. He grows way too fast, i just want to cherish and enjoy the moment with him.

Rainy Oslo Trip

Hi everyone !!!! I am back !!!! My trip finally ended and gonna back to reality now. Do you ever plan something really perfect in your head and get so happy, but then do no turn out the way you expected?

My trip did not turn out as i expected because it was raining my whole entire trip but i still happy to have some relax time with my husband.
